How to Return an Item

Need to return an item? No problem. We allow 30 days to return any non-custom item. You only pay return shipping costs.

To return an item, we'll need to send you an RMA Number (Return Authorization Number) and return address so you can send back your packaged item for a refund.  Or we'll be happy to provide you a return shipping label with RMA at our discounted rates.  You can start the return process with just your order number (starts with IRD-) and the email address on your order, then we will email the Return Details & Shipping Label to you.

Once submitted, please allow us 1-3 business days to process your return request and check all of our Shippers' rates to find the best return cost for your particular order.
